Higure Squads and targets are as follows:

Kokoro Hateshinai and Chanbara Watrimono; Council at the Central Palace

Kuroi Raikumo and AaKari Hyuuga; Raikage

Nezumi Uchiha; Hokage

Ibara Kidate and Kumo-Kukuou Monsuta; Kazekage

Ayatsuri Tatsujin; Tsuchikage

The Mizukage currently has not been targetted for assassination as he may be persuaded to help the Higure.
