actually a Jounin level Jinchiruuki could match an Akatsuki or in this case a Higure, Killer Bee held out for a long time against two Akatsuki but was defeated, but that was only because it wasnt the actual Killer Bee it was one of his clones, so i think someone with enough power could match a Higure or even two, i mean, some of us have to die off somehow
